Trinity Rehab, LLC in Burlington, NC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our fast-growing Continuing Care Retirement Community team. This PRN role offers a supportive, team-oriented environment.

You will implement treatment plans, provide interventions to improve independence and quality of life, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining patient records. New graduates welcome; NC COTA license is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible North Carolina COTA license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with patient-centered care focus.
