Trinity Rehab is seeking a committed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team in Clemmons, NC. You will support the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans and help patients achieve greater independence and quality of life.

We value compassionate, team-oriented caregivers who communicate effectively and provide safe, patient-centered care. Weekend coverage is required to support our patients’ needs.

Qualifications

• NC COTA certification/licensure required.
• Demonstrated compassion and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a care team and weekend coverage may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the care team.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients.
