Carolina Therapy Services, Inc. in Jamestown, NC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy to post-acute and long-term care patients, helping them improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Join a collaborative clinical team in a setting that offers flexible scheduling within a 6:00 AM–8:00 PM window and seven days a week operations.

Competenze

Must hold a valid NC COTA license.

About the Position

Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in a skilled nursing setting. In this role, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to both post-acute and long-term care patients, helping them improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Deliver evidence-based therapy treatments under the direction of a Occupational Therapist
Provide care to both post-acute and long-term care residents
Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including therapists and restorative nursing staff
