Carolina Therapy Services, Inc. in Jamestown, NC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy to post-acute and long-term care patients, helping them improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Join a collaborative clinical team in a setting that offers flexible scheduling within a 6:00 AM–8:00 PM window and seven days a week operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NC COTA license.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist in a skilled nursing setting.
• Provide care to post-acute and long-term care residents.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including therapists and restorative nursing staff.
• Support a patient-centered environment focused on outcomes and quality care.
