Job summary

Patriot Health and Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Therapy Team. You will plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in our facility, ensuring the highest standard of care for residents.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time roles. The position is full-time with flexible scheduling, offering growth and a supportive team environment, competitive pay, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• TN OTA licensure.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screening of residents to determine the best intervention or treatment.
• Perform treatment plans and follow short and long term goals.
• Communicate evaluation findings and plans to residents, families, and team members.
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules with team coordination.
• Ensure proper documentation and billing of occupational therapy services.
• Carry out all duties to effectively treat patients.

Offering Flexible Scheduling PLUS $5000 Sign-On Bonus

Patriot Health and Rehabis seeking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Therapy Team. As a COTA you will be responsible to plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as may be directed by Administrator, to ensure that highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times. Plus, we're offering a $5000* Sign-On Bonse for Full-Time.

Status: Full-Time with Flexible scheduling

• Conduct regular screening of residents to figure out the best intervention or treatment for each individual patient based off scope of practice
• Perform treatment plan to residents; follow short and long term goals and methods to achieve goals based off of the established plan of care by supervising therapist
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families/caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules in cooperation with other team members
• Conduct therapy according to established treatment plan and ensure proper documentation and billing of occupational therapy services
• Perform all other duties as assigned and as required to effectively treat patients
• Comply with all CMS documentation standards of practice daily with point of care documentations as indicated
