Bridgeway Health and Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. The COTA will plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in the facility, ensuring high-quality resident care per applicable standards and regulations.
Status: Full-Time or Per Diem/PRN. Responsibilities include screening residents, implementing treatment plans, communicating findings to the team, coordinating schedules, and maintaining compliant documentation
