Job summary

Highland Palms Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help residents regain independence and improve quality of life. Qualifications

• Current COTA license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach adaptive daily living techniques.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes.
