Northwest Transitions Inpatient Rehabilitation, located on the Northwest Medical Center campus at the corner of Orange Grove Road and La Cholla Blvd, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Qualifications

• 0-1 years of healthcare experience with adults or geriatrics.
• 1-2 years of inpatient, outpatient, or SNF setting preferred.
• COTA-certified and BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer OT treatment programs under supervision.
• Observe patient response and report changes to therapist.
• Document treatments and patient progress in the medical record with required co-signature.
• Maintain clean, safe treatment areas and equipment.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
