Job summary

Senior LIFE York Seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant for an exciting, hands-on role in York, PA. The COTA will support the occupational therapy plan, assisting the OT residents in daily member care throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• COTA certification and PA licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of OT plans of care.
• Perform and support OT treatments under the supervision of the OT.
• Conduct home and center-based assessments and follow-ups.
• Train caregivers and staff in OT protocols and care plan responsibilities.
• Document all member care and update care plans as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date records for interdisciplinary teams.
