Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to work under an Occupational Therapist in Howell, MI. You will deliver therapeutic interventions, assist with ADL training, and help patients progress under supervision.

The role requires an OTA degree with licensure/certification, CPR may be preferred, and documentation of patient progress will be routine. This position supports an interdisciplinary care team in a rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Education: OTA degree from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years relevant to OT in rehab settings.
• Licensure: current state OTA licensure/certification; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists, including therapeutic exercises, ADL training, and other interventions.
• Help patients with exercises, activities, and adaptive techniques to improve function and independence.
• Observe and document patients’ responses to therapy and report progress to the supervising therapist.
• Provide education to patients and families on home exercises and strategies for progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress.
