Continuum Therapy Partners in West Carrollton, OH is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our patient-focused team at Elmwood Health & Rehab Center. The role requires supporting occupational therapy plans under supervision and advocating for quality care.

You will hold NBCOT certification and an active state COTA license, with about 1 year of experience preferred. Full-time daytime schedule with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
