Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Elmwood Health & Rehab Center team in West Carrollton, OH. The role requires an earned associate degree and active COTA license with NBCOT certification, plus preference for 1 year of experience.

You will implement individualized plans, document progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
