FullShift Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This role offers a 13-week contract with an option to extend or a permanent placement path, with days shifts and competitive hourly pay plus housing and travel stipends for travelers.

New grads are welcome, and the team emphasizes growth, patient-centered care, and a supportive onboarding process to ensure successful contracts and continuity of care.

Qualifikationen

• Active COTA license/certification in the state of employment (or ability to obtain). New grads welcome!
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Current TB test/results
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

Aufgaben

• Assist in providing occupational therapy services under the direction of an OT
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient goals
• Focus on activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and independence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
