Saber Healthcare Group in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to help returning residents to their highest level of function in a skilled nursing facility.

You will educate patients, design independent exercise plans, and work under the supervision of the OT and Director of Rehabilitation. We offer full-time shifts (days), competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for continuing education in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college.
• Current and valid OTA license for the state of employment.
• Current license from the state of employment and OTA credential.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Restore patients to optimal physical function in SNF setting.
• Educate patients to maintain function post-discharge via independent exercise and activity modification under supervision.
