Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college.
• Current and valid OTA license for employment state.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR and software.

Responsibilities

• Restore patient to optimal physical function and assist therapy goals under supervision.
• Educate patients on post-discharge activity and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with OT and Director of Rehab to support discharge planning.
