Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. You will provide OT treatments under supervision, implement personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve functional goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an AOTA-accredited OT Aide program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
