Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting. Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT COTA certification (where required by state).
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all required physician orders.
