Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Full-Time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. The position offers supportive mentorship, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional growth within Enhance Therapies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT COTA certification (state requirements).
• Current license as a COTA in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
