Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (state requirement)
• Current COTA license in state of practice

• Implement personalized care plans focusing on functional goals
• Collaborate with team to achieve quality outcomes
