Job summary

Life Care Center of West Bridgewater, part of Life Care Centers of America, is seeking a COTA to provide direct occupational therapy under the supervision of a licensed OT. You will follow physician-referred rehab plans, document progress, and support patient-centered care in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications include NBCOT certification, an active OT license, and CPR, with 1 year of experience preferred though new grads are welcome to apply. Sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification required upon hire; renewal optional.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (ASOT).
• Active OT license in good standing throughout employment.
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Follow OT treatment plans under the supervising OT.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Use therapy software when applicable.
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team to plan patient care.
