Qualificações

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant employed or contracted through the Organization.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in ongoing evaluation of patient’s functional status and home environment as delegated by the registered OT.
• Maintains clinical records and reports changes in the patient’s condition to the OT.
• Delivers treatment plans and documents patient response and progress.
• Coordinates communication with other care team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Supervising OT reviews and updates the plan of care at least every thirty days.
