Trilogy Home Healthcare Port Saint Lucie in Florida is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver home health services under physician orders and personalized care plans. You will collaborate with OTs and the Clinical Services Team to help patients regain mobility and independence.

The role requires an active Florida COTA license, a valid driver's license with auto insurance and a clean MVR, and at least one year of COTA experience, preferably in home health.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved).
• Active COTA license in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• 1+ years of experience as a COTA; Home Health experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality, and personalized care in accordance with physicians orders and personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Clinical Services Team.
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery.
• Educate patients and families on improving balance, walking, and preventing decline.
• Assess and ensure safe mobility in the home environment.
