Job summary

Preferred Home Care of Florida, a Medicare Home Health Agency, seeks Per-Diem Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide home-based services acrossMartin and St. Lucie Counties. You will deliver OT treatments in patients' homes, following licensed practice and agency protocols.

The role requires a Florida State COTA License, CPR Certification, malpractice insurance, a recent physical, and at least 3 years of COTA experience. Excellent communication and organization help success.

Responsibilities
