Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in Kansas.
• Ability to perform hands-on assessment and assist with plans of care.
• Strong documentation and data recording skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assessment, treatment, and direction to staff on treatment matters.
• Assist patients with therapy and preparation for therapy sessions.
• Implement patient plans of care and goals with COTA skills.
• Educate patients and families to improve functional activities.
• Document progress and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain equipment and assist with administrative duties.
