Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assessment, treatment, and direction to staff on treatment matters.
• Assist patients during therapy sessions and prepare for treatment.
• Implement patient care plans and monitor progress and outcomes.
• Educate and motivate patients and families to learn and perform functional activities.
• Document progress, home programs, and other required information in a timely manner.
• Confer with staff to coordinate and modify treatment plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow CNRS policies.
