Responsibilities

• Assure the quality of patient care and treatment programs by providing hands on assessment, treatment, and direction to staff on matters of treatment.
• Assist patient preparing for therapy and return to daily activities; assist with dressing and undressing; braces or supportive equipment as needed.
• Implement patient plan of care and goals using appropriate COTA skills.
• Document progress, home programs, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain patient and family confidentiality at all times.
• Adherence to CNRS Policies and safety processes.
