Job summary

Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Villa Crest Nursing Center in Manchester, NH. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate ($30–$33) with benefits.

You’ll work under an OT plan to support residents in daily activities and functional tasks. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, using adaptive strategies, documenting responses, and communicating progress to the OT and care team.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire COTA license.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with residents on dressing, grooming, coordination, and other functional tasks.
• Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising OT.
• Help residents use adaptive strategies during therapy sessions.
• Observe progress and communicate changes to the OT and care team.
• Document treatment and resident responses.
