Qualifications

• Must have an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and an active state COTA license.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• One year of prior COTA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
