HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for our LTC facility in Massachusetts. You will support therapists, help patients with daily living activities, and contribute to a collaborative care team.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited school.
• NBCOT certification is required for practice.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a COTA.

Mansioni

• Deliver individualized therapy based on treatment plans developed by the OT.
• Document patient progress and maintain records per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to educate patients and families on exercises and equipment.
