Job summary

Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full-time or PRN roles. The COTA will deliver treatment under Occupational Therapist supervision, supporting rehab goals and patient comfort.

Responsibilities include documenting progress weekly, collaborating with disciplines to ensure patient-centered care, maintaining punctuality and professionalism, and performing duties assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of Occupational Therapist.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not limited to.
• Well versed with documentation writing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide treatment aligned with goals developed by the OT.
• Document patient progress weekly.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism.
• Perform duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.
