Qualifications

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with minimal assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists with development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatment sessions to improve residents' functional abilities, mobility, and cognitive skills.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including exercises, activities, and modalities, to promote resident wellness and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment sessions, resident progress, and communicate with healthcare teams.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet residents' unique needs.
