Qualifications

• Must hold valid license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation writing; timely weekly progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatments under the supervision of the OT.
• Provide treatment per goals developed by OT.
• Document patient progress weekly and accurately.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
