Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The COTA will follow OT-defined goals, provide feedback, and document progress in accordance with facility policy.

Ideal candidates have a valid license/registration, experience in long-term or geriatric care is preferred, and a strong ability to write clear progress notes while collaborating with the rehab team.
