Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver high-quality treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You'll implement goals set by the OT and document patient progress according to facility policy.

The role emphasizes collaboration across disciplines, timely progress notes, punctuality, and professional conduct. Prior experience in long-term or geriatric care is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of Occupational Therapist
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not limited to.
• Well versed with documentation writing
• Document patient's progress on weekly progress note in a timely fashion.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
• Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
• Report to work on time, adhere to scheduled hours and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of the OT.
• Provide treatment adherent to goals developed by the OT.
• Provide feedback to supervising OT via documentation.
• Collaborate with disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Maintain timely documentation of patient progress.
• Report to work on time and adhere to scheduled hours.
• Perform other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation
• Shifts: All positions available.
