Job summary

Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver best-practice treatments under OT supervision. You will provide care aligned to established goals and document patient progress for weekly reviews.

Collaboration with the care team and timely, professional conduct are essential. Experience in long-term or geriatric care is preferred, and you will contribute to patient-centered outcomes while adhering to facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment under supervision of the OT.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.
• Well versed with documentation writing.
• Document patient progress on weekly progress notes.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
• Exceptional patient service skills and professionalism.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.
