Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in Honey Grove, TX. Licensed OTAs are encouraged to apply and the position offers mentorship and a robust benefits package.

Formación

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant credential required.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assesses and documents patient progress and communicates with supervisor to adjust treatments.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families.
