Blue Stone Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients. This role is essential for delivering skilled occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program, possess a current license in applicable states, and exhibit strong communication and organizational skills. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, among others.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure) in applicable state.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation preferred.

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment in accordance with established plans of care.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising Occupational Therapist.
