Job summary

Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – [City, State]

Blue Stone Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients at [Facility Name] in [City, State]. This role focuses on delivering skilled occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing and post‑acute rehabilitation setting. The COTA works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans designed to improve ADLs, functional mobility, strength, cognition, and overall independence.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and facility staff to support positive patient outcomes
