• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Experience delivering adult/geriatric OT in clinical settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OT, therapy staff, and caregivers.
• Strong communication with residents and families to support functional goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled OT interventions under the supervision of an OT according to established plans of care.
• Address ADLs, IADLs, functional mobility, upper extremity function, and safety training.
• Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on adaptive equipment and safety practices.
• Document sessions accurately and monitor resident progress for plan-of-care updates.
• Collaborate with wellness teams and community leadership to support resident engagement.
