Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed or in the process of obtaining COTA licensure in TX to work in Long Term Care (LTC). This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule, and the role carries accountability to align with the organization’s vision, values, and goals.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of COTA experience in LTC and an active COTA license in the state of practice.
