Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies of obtaining Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in the state of PA to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

This contract position offers a 5x8 days schedule and requires accountability while aligning with the organization's mission and goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license within the state of practice (PA).
