Job summary

LP Therapy is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide occupational therapy services in a Long-Term Care setting under supervision. Flexible scheduling and mentorship for new grads are available, with opportunities to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

The role requires an active COTA license, LTC experience preferred, and the ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining accurate Medicare documentation.

Qualifications

• Qualified COTA with active state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Carry out established plans of care and assist patients with daily living activities.
• Fabricate and adapt splints and assistive devices as needed.

• Participate in documenting Medicare and facility records in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality outcomes.
