Formación

• 1 year experience in a skilled nursing setting required.
• Current Pennsylvania COTA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor in OT preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments to identify residents' strengths and needs.
• Develop and implement interventions to promote independence and functional abilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Document resident progress and treatment plans accurately.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing education.
