Bellway Health and Rehab in Alabama is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Therapy Team. You will plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in accordance with current applicable standards, to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
AL OTA licensure required.
Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular screening of residents to determine best intervention for each patient.

Interpret and communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents and families.
