Volare Health, LLC is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the Grants Pass team at Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. The role offers full-time and PRN schedules with pay ranging from $35 to $45 per hour, DOE, and on-site work.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, assist residents with therapeutic exercises, teach adaptive equipment, document progress, and collaborate with facility staff.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals.
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and daily living skills.
• Teach the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence.
