Job summary

Volare Health LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Grants Pass, Oregon at Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. You will implement individualized treatment plans, assist residents with therapeutic exercises and daily living skills, and promote independence through adaptive equipment.

We offer a full-time and PRN schedule, competitive pay between $33 and $45 per hour, in-house therapy team, affordable benefits, PTO up to 20 days, and licensure

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with facility staff to promote well-being.

Responsibilities
