Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and document treatments.
• Record treatments and progress notes in the medical record.
• Maintain department and participate in conferences.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area.
• Communicate progress with supervisor and health team.
• Record treatment charges per policy.
• Instruct families or nursing staff in maintenance program.
