Sweetwater Care and Rehab in Fresno, CA is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. You will work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, provide patient-centered treatments, and help design programs that fit our diverse patient population.

Formación

• Must hold an OTA license and be in good standing.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.
• Strong documentation and writing skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and follow facility documentation guidelines.
• Record treatments and progress notes in the medical record.
• Assist in maintaining department operations.
• Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area.
• Communicate patient progress with supervisor and health team.
• Participate in training programs for staff.
• Record treatment charges per facility policy.
• Instruct patients' families or nursing staff in maintenance programs.
