carry out established plans of care; assist patients with daily living skills and functional activities; fabricate and adapt splints and assistive devices; help design and modify patient environments; educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive equipment; complete timely and accurate Medicare and facility documentation; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; support patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and productivity standards.
Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant; current state COTA license; LTC experience preferred; knowledge of Medicare documentation; strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
