LP Therapy

LP Therapy is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide occupational therapy services in a Long-Term Care setting under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• carry out established plans of care
• assist patients with daily living skills and functional activities
• fabricate and adapt splints and assistive devices
• help design and modify patient environments
• educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive equipment
• complete timely and accurate Medicare and facility documentation
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
